VOLUNTEER INFORMATION:
We can’t do this without you! Here’s a quick breakdown of what our volunteers do.
Monday through Wednesday we will be receiving all the great stuff and putting it where it belongs! These shifts are great for folks that like to stay busy! We move our feet a lot during receiving but we take lots of breaks and share tons of laughs!
Thursday through Saturday we have the sale! These shifts are great for folks that love to work with people! It’s so much fun to chat with other folks and see the great treasures they found!
Saturday afternoon-Saturday evening we take down the sale and get unsold items ready to go back to their consignors. If you like to stay busy and get down to business these are the shifts for you! BONUS!!! Many of our Saturday afternoon/evening shifts count as two shifts, meaning you get to shop even earlier!
Sunday afternoon we help our awesome consignors pick up their unsold items and checks! We also take the last of the equipment back to the storage area. These shifts go by super fast! If you enjoy staying busy AND working with some great people, these shifts are perfect for you!

VOLUNTEERS SHOP FIRST!
Volunteers and consignors get to shop the Preview Sale on Thursday!
The schedule below is based on points. Each shift is worth 1 point, except for the tear down shifts at the end of the sale are worth 2 each. Based on how many points you have determines what time you can start shopping on Thursday. When you are choosing which shifts you’d like to work, it will tell you how many points that shift is worth.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need assistance!
- 4 points – shop 1-7pm
- 3 points – shop 1:30-7pm
- 2 points – shop 2-7pm
- 1 point – shop 3-7pm
- Consignors who do not volunteer can shop 4-7pm
