- Preparing and Tagging your items
Preparing & Tagging Your Items:
CLOTHING:
- ONLY USE WIRE HANGERS FOR CLOTHES.
Make sure your clothing/items are the correct season – Spring sale: St. Patrick’s Day through Back to School; Fall sale: Fall/Halloween through Valentine’s Day
We accept sizes preemie through junior for girls and preemie through 18 for boys. We also accept women’s and maternity clothes of any size. We also accept shoes for children and women. - If you have a multi piece set that requires more than one hanger, please rubber band those hangers together. Also, on the tag for that item you should make sure to mark it “3 piece set”, etc.
- Make sure clothing is clean! We will not accept clothing that has pet hair or a strong odor of any kind.
Please make sure that the clothing you enter is in good condition. If you have any “play clothes” items, please make sure to price accordingly to give it the best chance to sell. - Use cardstock to print your tags and safety pins to attach them to clothing. Shoes can be zip-tied together or placed in ziploc bags.
- Below is the appropriate way to place your tag/hanger and how to hang pants.
- Make sure to double check whether your items are marked donate/reduce. Reduce items will be 50% off on Saturday.
We reserve the right to refuse any item.
SIZING CONVERSION CHART:
Unfortunately, our system can only enter in number sizes – we do not have the ability to mark an item as “small, medium,” etc. Use this chart below to see which size would best fit your item so that it can be placed in the most appropriate section at the sale. This is only a generalized size chart; different brands sometimes size things a little differently.
Extra Small – size 0-2
Small – size 4-6
Medium – 8-10
Large – 10-12
Extra Large – 12-14
XXL – 14-16

- We accept: books, toys, nursery decor, baby furniture, baby/toddler accessories, bags, sports equipment and women’s accessories (purses, jewelry, etc.).
- Use cardstock to print your tags and use tape for items. Be mindful of using tape on items like books that will rip when tape is removed – consider masking tape or bagging the items first.
- Please make sure that items needing batteries have working batteries in them at drop off. We reserve the right to refuse any items that we cannot prove work.
- Please make sure all hardware to any furniture is attached to the piece in a ziploc bag. Whenever possible, bring them in fully assembled for the best chance to sell.
- NO DROP SIDE CRIBS.
- Toys with pieces should be sealed in ziploc bags and attached to the largest piece.
- Toys must be clean and ready to play with.
- We do NOT accept: diaper pails, potty training seats, portable potties, drop side cribs, car seats/boosters over 5 years old, bumbos without seatbelt.
- Any items in ziploc bags can have the tag inside the bag. Make sure it is taped in place so we can easily scan it without having to open it.
- Please avoid placing tape over the barcodes whenever possible.
- Make sure to double check whether your items are marked donate/reduce. Reduce items will be 50% off on Saturday.
